Stewart's is a warm and friendly family run guesthouse offering comfortable and well appointed accommodation. The house is conveniently located on a main bus route, only 1.5miles / 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is also well positioned for the airport being 2 miles / 15 minutes by taxi.

Stewart's B&B is a traditional Edwardian terraced house and is located on the main Queensferry Road (A90) leading from the city centre to the Forth Road Bridge and the highlands beyond. Places of interest which can be found nearby include the Dean Gallery, the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, Royal Botanical Gardens, Fettes College and Murrayfield rugby Stadium. The Western General Hospital is also nearby.

Guests can choose from three en-suite rooms, one double, one twin and one large family room. The house is non smoking throughout and each room is equipped with TV, hospitality tray and adjustable central heating. Reduced rates are available for those who wish to stay for an extended period. There is ample free parking directly outside the house. The resident proprietors, Ken and Margaret, are always available to assist in any way.
